Mount Lebanon Shaker Production No. 3 Ladder Back Rocking Chair

Mount Lebanon Shaker Production No. 3 "Child's" Ladder Back Rocking Chair with Blanket Rail.  Circa late 19th Century.  Wagan standard.  Blanket rail.  Vase turning on front posts between seat and arms.  Mushroom cap tenons.  Original mahogany finish.  Decal visible on the back of the lowest slat.  Stamped "3" 3x on back of topmost slat.  We have never seen this type of marking error before.  Vintage floral cushion seat.  Very nice example.  Strong structure.  This size chair measures approximately 33"H x 19" W at seat front x 15"D.  Can be re-webbed in your choice of colors.  Contact us with any questions or for additional pictures.
